All leash orders are shipped from Santa Monica, California.

Standard Delivery - U.S. Mail
If you specify "Standard Delivery," your order will be shipped via U.S. First Class Mail. The U.S. Postal service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date for this sort of service, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 10 days. Most orders are received within three to five business days.

All orders submitted on Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders that are received Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Next Business Day Delivery - Airborne Express
If you specify "Next Business Day Delivery," your order will be shipped via Airborne Express (or FedEx) depending on your location within the Unites States. Orders submitted on Monday through Thursday will be shipped and delivered the next business day. Orders that are received Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday and will be received on Tuesday. Saturday deliver is available, but there is an extra charge for this service. Orders Outside the Continental United States
We accept orders from outside of the United States; however, we will need to process your order manually since there are many variables involved in computing the total shipping charges to certain destinations.
