Return Policy
If you would like to return your leash for any reason within 14-days of your receipt of the product, please fill out our RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM and return it with your leash to the address below. We will only accept returns that are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Airborne Express since these services provide a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they are shipped via US First Class Mail, or via US Priority Mail. Please allow three business days from the time we receive the package to process the refund.

Bottoms Up LeashPlease note that there will be a $9.75 re-stocking fee for each leash returned. The re-stocking fee covers the cost of the padded sleeves which cannot be re-used due to sanitary reasons. You will not be refunded the cost of the shipping, or the cost of the shipping the products back to us.
